Glass is melted and shaped through a mold. Generally, after the mold is made, the glass melt is injected into the mold, or the glass waste is stacked in a pre-prepared mold. Put the mold into the furnace to melt and anneal after the glass mold fits.


1. Lost wax casting method (1), using the mud to make the original mold (2), overturning the silicon rubber negative mold and fixing it with plaster (3), pouring the wax liquid into the silicone rubber mold, casting a waxy " Prototype, called "wax model"
(4) After cooling, remove the wax type, carry out finishing (5), a fire-retardant embedding wax type (6), heating and dewaxing, and form a prototype-shaped cavity (7) in the high-temperature resistant material. The glass block is filled into the mold and placed in the furnace for heating. The glass block gradually melts and fuses until it completely fills the cavity and can be annealed (8).

2, blown glass manufacturing process steps

(1) PSticky material: First, put one end of an iron pipe or stainless-steel pipe about 1200-1500 mm long in an oven and heat it to a suitable temperature to make it bond with the glass liquid. Gradually, the molten glass in the crucible is picked up. (2) Blowing: Rolling the material to be picked up into a glass mass in a rolling plate or rolling bowl and blowing it into the softened glass from one end of a blowing rod on a special manufacturing table, making it a hollow, thick-walled bubble, then either blow the bubble, or use the fluidity of the glass itself to form the bubble. (3), shaping: keeping the material bubble continuously under constant rotation and air blowing. Swelling, operation using only pliers, scissors, tweezers, splints and templates and other special hand-tool molding or trimming with scissors (4), finishing: After the product is annealed, cutting, baking and other processing and finishing

3: Lamp processing technology

4: Groove sinking process

step:

The heating is uniform. If the product is bent relatively large and the mold is relatively deep, it can be divided into two parts. (4) The baking and heating time is related to the size and thickness of the product. (5) Annealing.

5: Flower craft

(1) Arrange glass rods of different thicknesses and colors in a group, cut them into slices (2), and then heat them to integrate. (3) These sheets are combined to form so-called "flowers".
(4) Paste or inlay a piece of flower on the surface of the glass vessel (5) to form a "flower" glass product.
6: Pressing process

step:
(1) Pick up the glass frit, cut a certain amount into the mold (2), lower the mold ring (3), drop the core (4), and fill the space (5) between the inner and outer molds with soft glass. After the glassware has cooled slightly, it is removed and annealed, and finally polished.

There are some other techniques. Such as: pile flower method, drip condensation method, entanglement method, compatriot method, silk laying method.

These are some very simple processes that can only produce relatively simple glass products. In our production process, we use a combination of various processes to manufacture our own glass.
